SOME PRESENT DAY INFORMATION ON CAERWYS

CAERWYS – home of the Eisteddfod and the smallest Town in Great Britain with a Royal Charter. Caerwys is situated in North Wales in the County of Flintshire – just under two miles from the A55 and one mile from the A541 ( Mold / Denbigh Road ) at Afonwen. The centre of Caerwys is a conservation area and the Town is surrounded by areas of outstanding natural beauty and stunning views across mountains and valleys.
